I am deeply inspired by the continuous effort of
the developers , land owners and marketing companies in bringing to
the people, quality land developments which signals continuity on
the road to economic growth of different localities.
Everyone desires to be effective in everything that they want to do
in real estate. But becoming highly effective in what one wants to
do is a different thing. This requires organizational maturity,
outstanding industry leadership performance, and willingness to
employ alternative media for effective communication.
The Philippine real estate industry promises golden opportunities
not only to the agents but even more to the clients as the value of
premium properties escalates in the passing of time.
With this in mind, in 1993, I joined the thriving salespeople and
entered the real estate business as Sales Associate of Human Shelter
Realty Corp.--- a Marikina City based firm, specializing in low-cost
housing. And in 1995, I got promoted as Branch Manager.
It was in 1996 when I actively join several realty corporations and
practice full-time real estate selling to master my salesmanship
skills.
Taking a big leap into my 4th year as Marketing Director of Asian
Pacific Group of Companies, my career with the company began in1998
when I decided to make it as my permanent home in real estate
business. Backed with professional experiences from past ventures, I
was then given the position of Branch Manager, a level which is not
normally given right away to new business associate of the company,
In my past eight (8) years of untiring service and dedication, the
APGC had given me several awards and recognitions which includes the
following: Loyalty Awards, Outstanding Monthly Sales Producer,
Outstanding Division Recruiter. This had earned me authorization by
the HRD to be one of the facilitators in the Trainer’s Training
Program.
