I am deeply inspired by the continuous effort of the developers , land owners and marketing companies in bringing to the people, quality land developments which signals continuity on the road to economic growth of different localities.

Everyone desires to be effective in everything that they want to do in real estate. But becoming highly effective in what one wants to do is a different thing. This requires organizational maturity, outstanding industry leadership performance, and willingness to employ alternative media for effective communication.

The Philippine real estate industry promises golden opportunities not only to the agents but even more to the clients as the value of premium properties escalates in the passing of time.

With this in mind, in 1993, I joined the thriving salespeople and entered the real estate business as Sales Associate of Human Shelter Realty Corp.--- a Marikina City based firm, specializing in low-cost housing. And in 1995, I got promoted as Branch Manager.
